Also called Hawk’s–Eye, this beautiful bluish-green to reddish-gold stone provides a rich display of moving light across its surface. Due to the combination of multiple colors, this stone is actually very versatile, and particularly well suited with clothing of the darker shades of brown, burgundy, purple, and red. It is also attractive with most pastels, medium colors and earth tones. Near consistent color with only one, almost unseen, fine line fracture on the bottom front surface makes this stone a moderately suitable choice for the purist. The fine, fluid chatoyant pattern of unique color variation and exclusive free form shape makes it especially appealing from an artistic perspective.
