This intriguing stone from the age of the dinosaurs (Triassic through Cretaceous geologic time periods – 65 to 225 million years ago) reveals a bone/bone marrow structure of compact organic shaped splotch patterns in red, orange, brown and clear to white. A nice conversation piece, especially for educational or scientific interest, it also presents a nice color combination. It probably wears best with light, dark, and earth tone clothing. Avoid wearing with red, brown and similar colors, as well as medium color tones generally, as they tend to blend and obscure the unique bone pattern.
