Heliodor, Golden Beryl Pendant Wire Wrapped in 14/20 Gold Filled Round Wire

This stone features a lovely light golden yellow transparent to translucent base color with bright white and internal rainbow iridescence within due to refraction from crystal planes and internal fractures and some external broken surfaces. Best worn as a contrast stone against medium to dark colors, and some earth tones; It tends to blend, however, with light colors, especially in yellow and green hues; bright colored clothing can also distract from its shimmering effect. A rounded trapezium non-standard shape, sloped flat surface contour, visible internal fracture lines and crystal planes with bright white and rainbow refraction, some minor pitting, and external broken surface areas make this stone better suited to an artistic view with some appeal to a naturalist viewpoint as well.

Polish: High gloss, brilliant; and natural reflective broken surface areas.
