Coprolite Petrified Dinosaur Dung Pendant Wire Wrapped in .925 Sterling Silver Round Wire

An interesting and intriguing stone from the age of the dinosaurs (Triassic through Cretaceous geologic time periods – 65 to 225 million years ago); coprolite is fossilized, petrified (or agatized) dinosaur dung. In random patchy colors of clear, white, beige, caramel brown, orange, and red, it presents a beautiful color combination and makes a nice conversation piece, especially for educational or scientific interest, high color contrast within the stone makes it wear well with most colors of clothing, probably best with earth tone colors.  Mostly an artistic piece due to random color pattern variation and non-standard shape, though nearly flawless flat polished surfaces, both front and back may appeal to a purist view.
