15% Off Original Price - Pyrite Ammonite Fossil Pendant Wire Wrapped in 14/20 Gold Filled Round Wire

This Ammonite fossil, a coiled nautiloid, shallow sea water creature, fossilized by pyrite, most likely lived in the geologic Jurassic period (about 145 to 199 million years ago). Often worn for educational or scientific interest, and as a conversation piece, it is, nevertheless, a beautiful stone of segmented light gold with gray to charcoal coloration. This is a “wear with anything” stone, but may be most appropriately worn with earth tones, or clothing designed for natural world interest.

Description: Light gold and gray to charcoal, rams horn spiral shaped, opaque fossil wrapped in 22 gauge 14/20 gold filled wire.

Stone Size: Medium (1” x 3/4” x 3/16”).

Pattern: Spiral chambered sections.

Contour: Front: Smooth flat face; Back: rippled spiral.

Unique Features: Chambered sections and natural rippled spiral back.

Polish: High gloss, brilliant.

Edges: rough, natural.

Treatment: None; natural stone fossil, smoothed and polished only.

Comment: A unique, handmade, genuine semi-precious stone pendant, this piece is posted individually, not merely a representative item - what you see is what you get.
