This elevating stone displays a subtle to bright luminous light to deep blue and silver reflection of moving light across its surface (adularescence) with some internal iridescence. It wears best with various shades of blue, gray, red, or orange and dark or light clothing generally, but most colors of clothing make an attractive combination. Some medium to light blues and lavender may be exceptions due to blending. Rather consistent color, oval shape and low dome contour should find appeal from a purist view; moving light and brilliant color change pattern should also appeal to an artistic view.
