Moonstone Pendant Wire Wrapped in .925 Sterling Silver Round Wire

This enchanting stone provides a subtle luminous glow of moving light across its surface (adularescence). The clear translucent characteristic of this stone makes it fashionable with almost any color and shade of clothing, though possibly not well suited with some cream, or near white shades due to blending. Crystal plane line patterns both front and back, non-standard shape, and varied adularescence are probably better suited to an artistic view.

Description: Translucent light cream to white/clear, trapezoid nearly square shaped stone wrapped in 22 gauge sterling silver wire.

Stone Size: Medium (13/16” x 13/16” x 3/8”).

Pattern: Brilliant cream-white glow with zig-zag crystal plane patterns.  

Contour: Smooth slightly sloped, flat face.

Unique Features: Exhibits adularescence (play of moving light due to overlapping translucent crystal planes), and zig-zag patterns across front and back surfaces.

Polish: High gloss, brilliant.

Edges: Smooth, flat, some sloped.

Treatment: None; natural stone, smoothed and polished only.
