Also called a chalcedony rose, this intriguing stone features fascinating shape and a rich brown color. Some natural coatings and host rock deposits remain (intentionally) on the stone to accent its shape and increase interest. Although, historically, brown stones have not reached high popularity status, they are actually very versatile and wear well with almost any color and hue (light, medium, dark, bright, or earthy). The only colors to stay away from are the light to medium grays.

Description: A rich translucent brown stone; organically shaped, wrapped in 22 gauge sterling silver wire.

Stone Size: Large (1-3/8” x 3/4” x 3/8”).

Pattern: concentric ripples and bubbles.

Contour: Non-uniform, rippled and bubbled, both front and back.

Features: shape and natural accent coatings.

Polish: Waxy to brilliant.

Edges: Smooth with some distortion.
