Hematite Ammonite Fossil Pendant Wire Wrapped .925 Sterling Silver

  • €6295

Hematite Ammonite Pendant Wire Wrapped in .925 Sterling Silver Round Wire

This Ammonite fossil, a coiled nautiloid, shallow sea water creature, fossilized by hematite, most likely lived in the geologic Jurassic period (about 145 to 199 million years ago). Often worn for educational or scientific interest, and as a conversation piece, it is, nevertheless, a beautiful stone of segmented metallic black with yellow-tan to rust-orange coloration. This is a “wear with anything” stone, but may be most appropriately worn with earth tones, or clothing designed for natural world interest.

Description: Metallic black and yellow-tan to rust-orange, ram’s horn spiral shaped, opaque fossil wrapped in 22 gauge .925 sterling silver wire.

Stone Size: Medium (1-1/16” x 7/8” x 3/16”).

Comment: A unique, handmade, genuine semi-precious stone pendant, this piece is posted individually, not merely a representative item - what you see is what you get.
