This intriguing stone provides sinuous wave patterns in varying shades of orange-cream to light brown. Nicely worn with many colors; especially black, browns, and medium to dark shades of most colors, a good stone for earth tones as well, but avoid some pastels, especially lavender and pink, and also some shades of gray. Mostly an artistic stone due to pattern and non-standard shape, though a flat surface contour may provide some appeal to a purist view.

Description: Varying shades of brown, sinuous patterned; rounded triangular teardrop shaped, opaque stone wrapped in 22 gauge gold filled round wire

Size: Medium (1-3/16” x 13/16” x 3/16”).

Pattern: Sinuous wave pattern in orange cream to light brown coloration.

Contour: Smooth, flat face.

Unique Features: Color and pattern; gray spot on top back. 

Polish: High gloss, brilliant.

Edges: Smooth, high dome.

Treatment: None; natural stone, cut, smoothed and polished only.

It is our understanding that production of this stone has ceased due to increased regulations in the area where it was formerly mined.
