A sharply contrasting stone of very light to medium translucent purple and some white diagonal banding with a low angle chevron on the back; it especially compliments pink, purple, red, burgundy, and blue colors of clothing, wears well with light to medium color combinations for contrast, and an enlivening, refreshing choice when worn with darker colors. The smooth, nearly flawless low angle flat surface may appeal to a purist view; the shape, contour, varied pattern and internal color variation, however, make this stone naturally artistic.
