Banded jasper is described mostly by pattern and exists in a wide variety of colors. This is a uniquely colored stone with beige to mauve vertical banding. Quite versatile, this stone wears best with beige, brown, black, mauve, lavender, rose pink, and most earth tone and light colors. Not as well suited with bright or even some medium to dark colors.

Description: A vertical banded beige to mauve stone; trapezoidal shaped, and opaque, wrapped in 22 gauge sterling silver wire.

Stone Size: Large (1-3/16” x 7/8” x 3/16”).

Pattern: Imperfect vertical banding

Contour: Smooth flat face.

Polish: High gloss, brilliant.

Edges: Smooth, flat.
