Citrine Bead Pendant Wire Wrapped in .925 Sterling Silver Round Wire

This enlightening stone provides a combination of golden yellow and clear crystal quartz with multiple internal reflective and iridescent fracture planes. It especially compliments maroon/burgundy, blue, purple, brown and beige/tan colored clothing; black and medium to dark grays are also nice. It wears quite well with some shades of yellow and green (especially blue green). Avoid the light and bright colors of red, orange, yellow, and yellow-green, as well as lighter grays, as these will hide the stone’s beauty or wash it’s color out. The inconsistent mixed light yellow and clear white color pattern and multiple golden, white, and iridescent (rainbow) internal light refraction, non-standard shape, and some small crystal void and surface pits make this stone more for the artistic than for the purist.

Edges: Smooth.

Treatment: Unknown, but probably heat treated, as much of the citrine in the market is heat treated amethyst.
