This enlightening lavender-purple stone exhibits a beautiful swirled silky appearance, often with multi-angle chatoyancy with some translucent caramel to cream colored patchy areas; nicely worn with dark, bright, and light (pastel) colored clothing, especially black, brown, blue, purple, and lavender. Earth tone colors, however, tend to diminish its beauty, and it blends with some medium color clothing. A standard shape and domed surface contour may appeal to a purist view; color variation and pattern are more appealing to an artistic view.
