An intriguing stone with floating white plumes fixed within a translucent golden yellow to orange-brown base stone color; wears well with most color hues, light to dark, including earth tones, but colors and the pattern of the stone may be obscured against brown, yellow, orange, and red colored clothing. Color variation, plume like pattern, and non-standard shape make this a predominantly artistic stone.

Description: Floating white plume pattern against a golden yellow to orange-brown background; slightly rounded irregular pentagonal shaped, translucent stone, wrapped in 22 gauge gold filled round wire.

Stone Size: Small (15/16” x 9/16” x 1/4”).

Pattern: Mottled white plumes within a translucent golden-yellow to orange-brown base color.

Contour: Smooth, flat face.

Unique Features: Plume pattern; color variation; some small natural pitting on top back of stone.

Polish: High gloss, brilliant.

Edges: Smooth to lightly irregular with some minor deformations.

Treatment: None; natural stone, smoothed and polished only.
