This enriching stone offers a scattering of golden pyrite against a mottled medium to dark blue background. Best worn with white and various shades of blue; but quite versatile, and many dark, bright, pastel and earth tone colors also wear well, especially black, grays, brown and beige/tan, and orange/coral hues. It is nicely worn with red, green, and yellow as well. A similar color of blue will blend, so should be avoided, also blue-green or turquoise, and some purple colors, as they tend to cause a contrast clash. Close to fitting within a purist view, but not quite, the almost teardrop/oval shape and nearly solid, but rather mottled, blue color, make this stone slightly more suitable to an artistic view.
