Also called Bull’s Eye, this beautiful stone provides a rich display of moving light across its surface. Though elegant with many other colors, it is particularly well suited when worn with clothing of the darker shades of brown, burgundy, purple or blue. It also wears well with black clothing.

Description: Red-brown, high dome shaped, opaque stone wrapped in 22 gauge sterling silver wire.

Stone Size: Medium (1-1/16” x 5/8” x 3/8”).

Pattern: Horizontal banding, showing brilliant golden red chatoyancy.

Contour: Smooth, ridged dome face.

Unique Features: Exhibits chatoyancy (band of moving light due to compact fibrous structure). Small natural split at bottom of stone.

Polish: High gloss, brilliant.

Edges: Smooth.
