Conglomerate Jasper Pendant Wire Wrapped .925 Sterling Silver
Conglomerate Jasper Pendant Wire Wrapped in .925 Sterling Silver Round Wire
A colorful and uniquely patterned stone composed of small rounded to somewhat angular stones naturally compacted and cemented together to form a solid jasper stone. Colors include white, beige, brown, black, gray, red, orange, and light blue. Quite versatile, as this stone is a mixed variety of colors; wears well with most colors, especially earth tones. Also of scientific interest as it is essentially derived from compact, hardened ancient petrified gravel bed. Color variation , pattern and non-standard shape and contour make this piece best suited to an artistic or naturalistic view.

Comment: Haven’t seen this stone before? Although there are many; and many types, of agate and jasper, some specific kinds aren’t abundant enough to be produced commercially. They may only be found as one or a few in random places; at very small, unique sources; or under conditions where excessive sorting through a large amount of unattractive material becomes too labor intensive to be worth any large commercial endeavor. This stone is of one of these classes. A unique, handmade, genuine semi-precious stone pendant, this piece is posted individually, not merely a representative item - what you see is what you get.
