Aquamarine Crystal Pendant Wire Wrapped in 14/20 Gold Filled Round Wire

A refreshing and uplifting natural crystal of a general light to medium blue with a slightly weathered pitted surface and some rust to green coloration; best worn as a contrast stone against medium to dark colors, and some earth tones; It may blend with light blue and blue-green hues but wears well with most other light colors; bright colored clothing can cause some contrast and/or distraction with this stone. A natural hexagonal crystal shape with a random curved line pattern from internal crystal planes and some remaining natural semi-polished to rough features probably appeal most to an artistic or naturalistic view.

Description: Opaque light to medium blue, nearly rectangular front, hexagonal top shaped stone wrapped in 22 gauge gold filled wire.

Stone Size: Small (15/16” x 1/2” x 3/8”).

Pattern: Light medium opaque blue curvilinear line patterned crystalline surface.

Contour: Six smooth flat angled faces; three front-three back

Unique Features: A rather dark blue for aquamarine; crystal plane pattern, and natural surface pitting and oxidation coloration.

Polish: Unpolished; natural rough to semi-polished appearance.  

Edges: Front and back: fine line tapered wedge; top and bottom: rough crystalline.

Treatment: None; all natural crystal.
