Iridescent Ammonite Pendant Wire Wrapped in .925 Sterling Silver Round Wire

Iridescent Ammonites were once coiled nautiloid shallow sea creatures. Fossilization has preserved the entire shell and the iridescent nacre of this creature. A member of the Cleoniceras species, this ammonite lived in the geologic Cretaceous period (about 120 million years ago). Often worn for educational or scientific interest, and as a conversation piece, it is also beautiful, displaying wavy radial rainbow iridescent color segments;. This is a “wear with most anything” fossil stone, but may be most appropriately worn with brown based colors and earth tones, or clothing designed for natural world interest.
