Shipping and Returns
- Jemel typically ships within 3 to 6 business days, usually within 1 or 2 days. Customers will be notified on our home page or by direct email contact if circumstances require delayed shipping exceeding 6 business days.
- Standard shipping and Handling is FREE for all orders addressed within the United States of America, and $15.00 per order Worldwide. Many of our products are also offered at two other online stores: JemelGems Etsy or Jemel Bonanza.
- We may not be able to ship to some countries, if shipping is not possible we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers outside of the United States may also be charged customs taxes or duties as determined by national laws or regulations. Jemel has no control over these charges. The responsibility for their payment lies solely upon the recipient of the parcel.
Jemel has a 30 day refund policy. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Items obviously damaged by the recipient
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please e-mail or provide a printed receipt/proof of purchase (or copy) when you return any product.
Please do not send your purchase back to any other manufacturer or publisher; send it directly to Jemel; to the same address from which it was sent to you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Some sale items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned after more than 30 days from delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days after we receive the item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items are typically not refunded. However, such items may be refunded if damaged or destroyed in the shipping process, or by no fault of the recipient.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same kind or a similar item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Jemel - 1549 West 525 South,Orem Utah US 84058.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your refund will be made in the $ amount of the item ordered plus any sales tax you may have paid.
If receiving an exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will notify you when the exchanged item is sent.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that your returned item will be received.
