A natural jasper of abstract art appearance displaying multiple pattern and unusual color variation, this stone consists of predominantly beige-tan, light lavender to lavender-gray, and black in a brecciated block and line pattern with a druzy amethyst crystal pocket/tunnel. Best with interesting, random, and/or abstract clothing patterns especially in similar or contrasting colors of darker hues; purple, brown, black, blue, etc., and also gives the wearer a respected presence when worn with most earth tone and/or dark colors; it wears fine with most colors including light and bright, excepting similar beige and lavender colors that tend to blend. It may also not match with dissimilar patterns such as spots, dots, geometric shapes, etc.; very well suited to an artistic view with some added appeal to a naturalistic view as well.

Description: A mixed combination of beige-white, maroon-purple and lavender-pink colored; trapezium shaped, opaque stone, wrapped in 22 gauge sterling silver wire.

Stone Size: Medium (1-1/16” x 7/8” x 1/4”).

Pattern: Random, mixed ,linear, brecciated and blocky.

Contour: Smooth, flat face.

Unique Features: Amethyst crystal pocket; opaque block and line pattern; some natural fine line cracks/crevices front and back, with one long fine line crack from near the top of the crystal pocket to near the top of the stone. 

Polish: High gloss, brilliant.

Edges: Smooth.

Treatment: None; natural stone, smoothed and polished only.

Comment: Haven’t seen this stone before? Although there are many; and many types, of agate and jasper, some specific kinds aren’t abundant enough to be produced commercially. They may only be found as one or a few in random places; at very small, unique sources; or under conditions where excessive sorting through a large amount of unattractive material becomes too labor intensive to be worth any large commercial endeavor. This is one of those kinds of stones. We get this stone from its source.
